WINTER

Clean up plants, removing old brown leaves and old stems. Also remove any discarded or damaged leaves.

Do not allow the plants to dry out, keep moist. Avoid giving fertiliser during the winter months.

Protect from frost.

If in a cold greenhouse, cover with a double layer of horicultural fleece on frosty nights.

Disas that are kept in the house require a coolish position, with adequate light. Remember Disas are making roots during the winter months , so require daylight.

If you are thinking of re-potting the plants this can be done from late February onwards.
